The steps

One thing? Snap it. Tap +, pick where it goes, and take or pick a photo. AI names it and picks a category and tags. Check it, then Save.
A whole shelf? One photo. Snap a shelf, drawer or open bin. AI lists everything it sees. Untick anything you don’t want, then Save.
Lots of things? Batch (Pro). Switch to Batch and snap one thing after another while AI works. Tap Review once at the end, then save them all.
No photo? Paste a list. Tap Paste a list and paste from Notes or an email, one thing per line. Check the list (no AI needed), then tap Add.
